Responsibilities
Maintaining the cleanliness of the office; offices, pantry, and other public areas, and other working environments as required as per the company standard.
Making and serving tea and coffee to guests and staff as required and assisting in setting up board rooms or meeting rooms.
Updating / checking the consumables.
Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Assisting the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees.
Provide office guests with a hospitable experience.
Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
Order office supplies and provide inventory control system.
