Receptionist / Laboratory Assistant

• Perform routine laboratory activities including analytical tasks and sample preparation
• 1 - 2 years previous experience in working for a beauty brand in Product Development capacity (Fragrance Product Development preferred) or Retail Perfume Sales
• Keep daily record and appropriate documentation on all laboratory work performed; Prepare labels and send samples to clients
• Manage stock of lab supplies & raw materials as well as storage of samples prepared
• Maintain clean and well organized laboratory/work place; Follow carefully established HSE rules; Operate and assure appropriate functioning of standard equipment
• Independent and proficient use of all internal tools for data collection/recording and administration
• Assist/provide support to different segments of application and savory creation
• Obsession with Fragrance, ability to smell fragrance and give valuable assistance to customers
• Know-how, flexibility and creativity to use PD experience as a foundation to deliver results
• Attention to detail while managing multiple fast moving, quick changing environment
• Ability to summarize and simplify the information – when presenting to the sales or internal parties
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills & fluency in English (Arabic preferred)
• Bachelor science in chemistry or equivalent qualification
• Basic computer skills, customer friendly, self-driven and well organized
• Salary Aed 2500 - 3500
• Annual fare, insurance, performance bonus
