Office Assistant

An Energetic office assistant is required for our office in UAE.

Duties
– answering client phone calls,
– arranging appointments and managing the schedules or teams,
– keeping records of transactions,
– collecting cash from teams and recording amounts paid to suppliers.
This is a rewarding role but one which is fast-paced. You must not be afraid of calling clients and staff members and taking control of situations.
Only Asian And African Nationalities with good communication in English language. (Reading and writing).
