Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a native Arabic speaking Director – Healthcare Division for their client is Sharjah. This is a leadership role and we are looking for candidates who have minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in UAE in leading the healthcare division of a large group. The healthcare division will include hospitals, day surgery centers and polyclinics. Candidates must have a proven track record in introducing and implementing technology based solutions, driving business growth through innovative strategies, team performance optimization and leading from the front. Candidates without UAE experience would not qualify for this vacancy.
Salary: Aed 30,000 + profit sharing.
