Accountant: Including: Accounts Receivables: Creation of Customer Accounts, Sales Invoicing/Receipts and other AR Transactions, Outstanding Invoice Followups, Collection from Customers, Deposits in Bank and other Banking, PDC Management, Customer Account Analysis & Reporting to Management, Developing & Maintaining Excellent Customer Relationships, Recommending Additional Services to existing Customers. Must be able to keep Overdue Invoices at minimal level. Accounts Payables: Develop Most Competitive Source of Office Supplies & Negotiate Best Terms, Arrange for Delivery & Payments, Maintain Good Supplier Relations. Petty Cash Maintenance. Requirements
(1) Minimum 3 years' experience and proven track record in independently managing & executing computerised accounting.
(2) Should be at least a Commerce Graduate.
(3) Should be excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English, target-oriented, dynamic, energetic and self-confident.
(4) Should be excellent in Ms Office , Outlook (Schedule & Task management & Emails), Accounting Software.
