Refrigeration Controls Sales Manager

Company Details: A subsidiary of an Italian multinational manufacturer of HVAC/R Control Systems with Head Office in Italy and 16 Subsidiaries worldwide. Job Details Our Company is in need of a Refrigeration Controls Sales Manager – Middle East with the following but not limited responsibility: Meet revenue, profit and forecast targets for the allocated areas. Liaise with managing Director and Business Unit for technical information required to secure customer orders. Quote for enquiries, negotiate contracts, respond to tenders and secure orders for key customers. Recommend product, and pricing solutions for customers to produce the maximum profit margin to the company. Control costs within published guidelines and authority levels. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Assess and create the opportunities within various industries Communicate with ME management on geographical area opportunities on a regular basis for regions of sales responsibility. Monitor competitors’ activities and submit accurate competitors’ info on a monthly basis. Manage and complete monthly report; weekly call reports and other administrative tasks on time and to the required standards. Ensure that the CRM (Customer relationship management) database is submitted and updated in line with the procedures. Conduct presentations of Carel products to existing and potential customers. Contribute and maintain a good working environment within the Company Establish and maintain cooperative and effective relationships with other departments and those contacted in the course of work

Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Holding managerial or supervisory role for at least 1 year
• Availability to travel as and when required
• Thorough knowledge of Refrigeration Control systems. • Possession of valid local Driving License as per the need of the business
• Computer Literate (e.g MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook)
- Conversant in spoken and written English and Arabic.
