A leading fashion boutique offering flamboyant apparel, footwear and accessories for men and women from some of best designers in India and Dubai. We are in process of recruiting smart and energetic Store In-charge.
Job Responsibilities:
* Assigning duties and supervising the store staff
* Achieving the given sales target
* Responsible for managing the stock inventory
* Co coordinating with the designers for inquiries and delivery
* Motivating the team to achieve desired sales targets
* Handle and resolve issues related to store staff
* Handling high profile clients and Building client relationship
* Understanding the requirements of the walk in clients and offering them accordingly
* Supervising visual merchandizing and social media.
* Handling special customized orders along with the sales staff for VIP clients and coordinating the same with the designers.
* Organizing special promotions in the boutique
* Being a part of high profile fashion events, promotions and hi teas.
* Be up to date about latest fashion trends, events and market
* Ensure maximum conversion of foot fall into buyers
* Come up with innovative and creative ideas in the best interest of the store and thereby maximizing the sales.
Additional skills
* Fluent in English and Excellent communication skills
* Smart, energetic and pleasant personality
* Fashion enthusiast, creative and innovative
* Leadership and Team player Experience required – Min 3 – 5 Years in a similar role.
Qualifications – Diploma/Degree in Fashion will be added advantage
IT Skills: Basic computer and internet knowledge
Reports To: Business Head.
